Pre-registration

First Term: From 1 August 2024 to 30 september 2024.

Second Term: From 8  to 24 January 2025.

Registration

• FIRST COURSE. Until November 15 of each academic year.
• SUBSEQUENT COURSES. From 1 October to 15 November of each academic year,  by self-enrolment on the Doctoral Studies Management Platform.

Training activities

• Consult the website of the School of Education and the programming of each doctoral programme.
• It must be included in the Doctoral Studies Management platform before 10 of each academic year. Activities carried out after this date may be included in the following academic year.

Annual tasks of the doctoral student

• Signing of the doctoral commitment document: until 31 of each academic year. (First year).
• Upload your Research Plan and Personal Training Plan to the Doctoral Studies Management platform: until 31 of each academic year (First year) and at any time when modifications are made to them (changes of subject and/or directors).

Complementary training

Enrolment of complementary training credits at the earliest possible time, in July or September.

Tutoring

• Valuation of activities: until 10 September of each academic year.
• Report for evaluation by the academic committee: 10 to 20 September of each academic year.

Thesis direction

• Endorsement of the Research Plan and Personal Training Plan: until 10 September of each academic year.
• Report for evaluation by the academic committee: from 10 to 20 September of each academic year.

Annual evaluation

From 1 to 30 September of each academic year.
